Specializing in Supporting Those with Chronic Conditions
Focusing on relieving symptoms and improving quality of life for those with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and other chronic conditions
Marianne Madsen, MS, BCND, started SugarHouse Holistic Health when she worked at a medical clinic focusing on people with myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) that had a waiting list of over 800 people, people who needed help but couldn’t even get into the clinic to see a practitioner. This tremendous need for help for people with chronic illness spurred her toward opening her own clinic where she could provide holistic healthcare to those who need it most–people dealing with chronic conditions.
After graduating from the Doctor of Naturopathy program at Trinity School of Natural Health, Marianne board-certified as a Doctor of Holistic Health. Since then, Marianne has studied with nationwide (even worldwide!) experts in a variety of topics:
- Dr. Bruce Shelton (homeopathy and family practice)
- Dr. Todd Rowe (homeopathy and psychology)
- Dr. Lucinda Bateman (ME/CFS and fibromyalgia)
- Dr. Zev Myerowitz (Lyme disease and emotional issues related to chronic illness)
- Dr. Lisa Holt (Lyme disease, orthostatic intolerances, homeopathy)
- Dr. Stephen Irestone (Lyme disease, chronic pain, emotional imbalances)
- Dr. Angie Ates (gut health, detoxification, family and child issues)

- Nancy Guberti, MS, CNC (autism spectrum issues)
