SugarHouse Holistic Health offers consultations at YOUR convenience. We hold regular clinic hours, but we also offer:
- Evening and weekend appointments that fit your schedule
- Home visits, especially for those with chronic conditions that keep them homebound
- FaceTime or Zoom consultations for those who are homebound or not in the Salt Lake City area

Initial appointments take about 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments run about 60 minutes. Fill out your initial questionnaire and other paperwork (click here to download forms) so that we can spend the entire time talking about YOU.
